Six HP scitexFB250 color inks and twelve printheads with variable sized drop combine to produce great image detail—up to 1200 x 600 optimized dpi—and smooth color transitions across a wide variety of media.

Billboard, production, and high-quality printing modes provide you and your customer with more choices. Production mode provides print speeds of up 42.2 m2/ hr (455 ft2/hr) at 600 x 300 optimized dpi. Billboard mode delivers the highest print speed at up to 80 m2/ hr (861 ft2/hr) at 600 x 300 optimized dpi for prints that will be viewed from the distance.

- Print more each shift and increase your productivity between sheets. A fast media feed system minimizes time between copies, facilitating a faster turnaround time. While printing, vacuum in the load zone turn off and automatic media alignment bar moves down, allowing you to easily load the next set of boards. When the first set of boards finishes printing, the printer quickly moves the next set.

- Be more productive. Print multiple sheets simultaneously or print multiple copies at the same time. Simultaneously print multiple copies on up to six sheets of rigid media, such as pre-cut sign boards. Or print copies on large sheets up to 2.5m (98.4 in) wide and 381cm (150 in) in length with a second set of optional roller tables.

Printer-generated targets are scanned and measured so that your RIP can access them to apply color linearization and create color profiles.
