Samsung ST550 / ST500 Digital Compact Camera

Samsung Digital Imaging announced the arrival of the ultra slim and stylish ST550 and ST500 compact cameras which boast yet another ‘world first’: front and back LCD display technology.

Delivering an unrivaled user experience, the hidden 1.5” LCD located on the front of the camera allows consumers to take accurate portraits using the front image as a guide – whether it’s a group shot with friends or a snap of yourself on holiday. There is no need to even press the shutter button – just a big smile will trigger the cameras to take the picture.

On the reverse, the Samsung ST550 features the world’s highest resolution 3.5” wide touch screen LCD* , almost four times the size of many other cameras, complete with haptic feedback for ease of use.

Samsung WB1000 Digital Camera

Samsung WB1000 is built around a 12.2 mega pixel sensor, which is capable of shooting up to ISO 3200 (in reduced 3.2-megapixel mode) and 720p video, which can be smoothed, like SD video, with the camera’s built-in optical stabilizer.

Shutter speed maximum 2000/sec and lens goes wide, at 24mm-120mm film equivalent focal lengths, and the aperture opens up to a respectable f2.8 at minimum zoom, internal memory approx 76MB.

The WB1000 has a fantastic 24mm ultra wide angle, 5x optical zoom lens, combined with full manual control for the ultimate creativity and a world first 3.0” hVGA AMOLED screen – all in a camera that is only 2cm thick.

Samsung M8910 (Pixon 12)

Samsung Pixon 12 is raising the standard for cellular phone cameras with a LED flash, a wide-angle 28mm lens, and a 12 Megapixels camera.

The Pixon 12 can also record video at 30fps for a resolution of 720 x 480. The photos or video footage can be viewed with the 3.1 inch full AMOLED touchscreen.

The Pixon 12 also comes with an HSPA and GPRS/EDGE phone, and comes with Wi-Fi, and FM tuner, and Bluetooth.

Samsung I7500 Android cellphone

The Samsung I7500 has a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, together with a 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen running at 320 x 480. Other specs include GPS, WiFi b/g and HSPA, together with 40GB of storage (8GB internal; up to 32GB via a microSD card).

There’s also Bluetooth 2.0, a 1,500mAh battery and the usual bevy of Google applications and access to the Android Market. The whole thing measures 115 x 56 x 11.9 mm, and still finds room for a 3.5mm headphone socket and microUSB port.
